My husband has been with the Minneapolis VA SCI/D since 2010 and we have felt so blessed with all the caretakers throughout the years! We had established our primary care closer to home, however with the care my husband needs, we felt even though it’s 2.5 hours away that the trip was well worth it due to the excellent care he is now receiving from Allie Briley. She is very kind, patient and thoughtful, not to mention thorough in her cares. True consideration for his needs. She’s even given us her cell number in case we need to contact her.

We were having problems trying to get standing orders for a lab but she came to the rescue! Our home health nurse is also appreciative of her making herself available should she need to get him help. She is truly a treasure to the VA! They are fortunate to have her as one of their staff members. A true blessing who is most admired and appreciated! I am forever expressing to others how blessed we are to be part of the VA Health Care System due to the wonderful staff, which Allie certainly is! She goes above and beyond! A dedicated and caring person! May you all remain healthy and safe – we need you!
