I retired from Houston Northwest 22 years ago after working in OR and ambulatory care. I was also a patient representative for a physician. When I met Sam, my heart felt joy and I could tell that she loves what she does. She loves taking care of patients and their families. She made us feel like we matter. She talked to my grandson who was trying to discharge himself and needed surgery. We, as a family, could not get him to understand, but Sam was his angel. She whispered in his ear that they were able to take care of him. We are grateful for Sam. All I can say is she was awesome. Thank you Sam and may God bless you and your family.

My son was in a car wreck. He broke his neck and had severed blood vessels. Samantha went above and beyond to comfort my son, me, my family, and my friends. She really blessed us with her spirit, support, and patients. Words can’t explain the love she shared.
