When my husband and I share the story about the birth of our daughter with others, we usually start with “It went great because we had such an amazing labor and delivery nurse!” I can’t put into words how much we appreciate this nurse and the experience she provided for us during the birth of our first child. Rochelle was cordial and genuine from the moment we met her – feeling like an instant friend. Throughout my labor, she was attentive and seemed to always be happy when she came into our room (even though I know my continuous calls about the beeping machine had to annoy them!!) Rochelle took the time to explain things to us, answer every one of our countless questions, and even shared stories of her own experiences. She made us feel informed and safe during the entire process. I am so grateful Rochelle was a part of our delivery and even more grateful she is a part of the TTH team. As a patient, it is so comforting to know there are nurses like her and as a coworker, I am proud to say she works on our team. Thank you so much for making the best day of our lives as wonderful as possible.
