I was in a procedure for my left thumb. Lara was extremely polite, patient and courteous during this whole procedure and she made me feel welcome from the start by explaining everything and offering to help to serve drinks within regular intervals. Even though the waiting times are frustratingly long, Lara made it so much easier to deal with. She seemed to be a very hardworking individual as she was always running around carrying out all her duties and responsibilities, all the while remaining engaged with the patients and her colleagues in the most friendly and joyful manner. There were other patients in her care as well, and being from a minority background, I felt she was equally kind and generous to all of us and was just an immensely sensitive and supportive person all around. She made an effort to accompany me to the door on my way out and wished me good luck. I wish her all the best and it was so nice to meet her.
