Kerri demonstrates incredible dedication to the families that we serve at the Autism Center, and the nursing team for the Department of Psychiatry! Kerri has been the anchor for our team throughout the pandemic, coming into the building every day to make sure that families get the care that they need, coordinating with all of our providers and other staff members that are working offsite. Kerri approaches every family with compassion. We serve families that often have very challenging circumstances surrounding them and their child. Kerri listens to every family and connects with them in a meaningful way! Families know her well and ask for her by name because of these connections! I am very lucky that Kerri is part of my team at the Autism Center, and I think that families are lucky to have such a compassionate, dedicated, and caring person involved in their care!

Kerri is deeply committed to patient advocacy. She has been teaching parent classes at CAC for some time now. Even when situations become challenging Kerri maintains her composure and works to problem solve so patients and families are connected to the resources they need. When I started working for the outpatient psych department Kerri was incredibly supportive (we share a physical office).
