Marsha has worked in the Cardiac Procedure Unit since it opened 7 years ago. This year, during Epic implementation Marsha took on the role of our superuser. She was able to troubleshoot and help when issues arose during Epic implementation and has been a collaborative part of the team to make improvements in how Epic works for CPU. Marsha has a great attitude and is a cheerful presence on the unit. She is extremely talented in finding solutions to problems and communicating them to the rest of the staff. Her attention to detail and ability to see the big picture of the unit is always on point, and she is a talented expert nurse who provides excellent care every day.
