Sydney is a very caring, patient, and knowledgeable nurse who exhibits the truest vision of what every patient would hope for when faced with a stay in the hospital. She was very sympathetic and patient with me and answered every question that I asked of her. Sydney is a very kind and concerned person and took the time to be sure I was comfortable and taken care of before she would leave my room. When my husband did not answer his cell phone when Sydney was trying to get ahold of him, she went out to the main entrance and found him. She just wanted to let him know that my Dr. was coming to see me and explain some things about the surgery that I had. He would have missed that important visit if Sydney had not put in that extra effort. We thank her for that! What a wonderful employee she is for Essentia Hospital. Any person that would be fortunate to have her as their nurse would feel the way I do! Here are a few adjectives to describe what I saw in Sydney: compassionate, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, sympathetic, very patient, concerned, kind. She is the best!
