I had the opportunity to be a patient in the Gamma Knife Department. The whole team was phenomenal. The nurses (Barb & Ellie) were on top of everything and did a great job in keeping both my wife and myself informed and comfortable. The support team (Bob, Nick, and Julie) were professional and extremely compassionate. They were constantly looking for ways to make us feel at ease. And, last but not least, the doctors (Dr. Sloan, Choi, and Mansur). Each took the time to explain what they were doing and also what to expect. What a great representation of University Hospitals. I am proud to be an employee of UH knowing these are the caregivers serving our patients. Thanks, everyone!
