After waiting 3+ hours in the ER waiting room our anxiety and worry over what the cause of our visit would be had a lot of time to build, but from the moment Trey lead us back to the initial exam room Trey put us at ease. His easy, caring demeanor made us feel like the only patient he had (he had at least two others)! He answered questions with confidence, which helped us feel more comfortable. When we finally had a diagnosis and learned surgery was necessary, he immediately set my daughter's fears to rest with a quick age-appropriate explanation of what to expect. Trey even popped in to check on R our last night here, even though we were not assigned to him. Most everyone we came in contact with deserves to be nominated but Trey really set the tone as far as what to expect with the staff here. So, thanks for that!
