I have been doing business and using your medical facilities since 1951. Over those years I have used the services of Overlook which includes many childbirths and its medical facilities. I am a real estate developer and builder and have on many occasions over the years leased medical office space to your doctors and have watched your hospital grow to one of the finest hospitals in the State of NJ. Recently I had a medical problem and unfortunately had to use your medical facilities, both in Morristown and Overlook to take care of my problems. The reason I am writing this letter to you is to be sure that someone speaks out about how fantastic their experience was using AHS’s medical facilities. As part of my recovery, I had to use Overlook Medical Diagnostic Associates, PA for infusions. To be honest, I was quite nervous and tense regarding this type of medical use, however, my experience was actually extremely pleasant. The nurses and doctors who took care of me were outstanding, therefore I just wanted to write you a note to let you know about a wonderful experience I had using AHS’s facilities in regard to my recovery. In particular, there was a nurse who handled the infusion who is an outstanding employee of Overlook and she should be given credit for the way she treated me as a patient. Her name is Mayra.
