My family and I are extremely grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism Agnes showed to my family during one of the most difficult times my family has had to go through. Agnes explains the procedures she needs to administer, she actively listens to all of our concerns, questions, and requests we may have. I understand she has many patients, but I only have one mom, and having her as my mom's nurse gives me comfort that my mom has someone empathetic and caring in her team. My dad called her our guardian angel.

I am excited to be honoring one of our great staff members. It makes me happy when patients and family recognize the wonderful work these staff do. It has not been easy during these times of anxiety and uncertainty, but that does not stop our nurses they keep coming to do their best. Agnes has been with us for almost five years. She is a quiet, professional, and knowledgeable nurse. She possesses good teamwork and is willing to help coworkers, visitors, doctors, and anyone when needed.
