Kendall is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable. She is so compassionate, kind, and gentle. She effectively demonstrates the true meaning of patient/family partner and advocate. Kendall gives her time selflessly. My baby girl arrived in the Infant/Toddler unit at just 10 days old and so far, has been here for 12 days. We have had Kendall most of our days being here. My daughter had to have multiple lumbar punctures in a short period of time and Kendall was there to talk us through it all, explain every test, and answer all questions we had. Kendall held our hands that entire process and reassured us everything was going to be okay. Kendall has stayed by our side the entire time; we are so thankful for her and her kindness.
