Ashley was so attentive and reassuring throughout my labor and delivery. I told her early on that my previous delivery had been quite traumatic, and she listened carefully to my fears and provided exceptional care in response. Ashley reassured me often that my baby was doing wonderfully, and she provided calming encouragement that I was doing a great job as my labor became more intense. She paid close attention to my body's signals and accurately anticipated how swiftly my labor would progress. I was not prepared for things to move so quickly, but she helped me to feel confident that my baby and I were safe and that I could do it. After experiencing trauma with my previous delivery, this experience with Ashley by my side was nothing short of healing and empowering. I have no doubt that she provides this level of competent and compassionate care to every mother she cares for, and for that reason, I believe she is a DAISY Nurse.
