Linda is one of a kind in the most positive sense! I was scheduled to take 2 tests (Esophageal Manometry and a 24 Hr Ambulatory Ph Testing). I called Linda in advance of the test to ask her a few questions, she responded immediately only to find out later it was her day off. Days off mean nothing to her; she responded to many phone calls and emails on her personal time. Linda was so kind, gentle, accommodating, professional, and compassionate. The test was not easy for me because I seemed to double swallow and the test needed to be taken over and over to ensure only one swallow for accuracy. She had so much patience with me and it never seemed to bother her. Linda stayed late, past her shift and she did it with a smile.

The next day, Linda called me to ask how everything was going and cheered me on informing me I only had a few hours left before the tube could be removed. Again, on Linda’s day off. I had additional questions and she was always so quick to respond. My husband often would hear me on the phone with Linda and he referred to Linda as “a gem”. Truly, it is a perfect description.
