Marie, you are an amazing beautiful soul that was noticed as soon as you walked into my mom's room. I connected to you right away when you were direct and knew what my mom needed before going home. You had no idea that I was a Nurse and you acted as if my mom and I were your long-term friends. You had asked my mom if she needed anything and my mom responded with things out of your control or so I thought. You had my mom a new nebulizer machine, follow-up appointment, extra supplies that she could get, and all of her questions answered on a sheet of paper when you entered the room. Because of you, my mom started having trust again. You helped to ease my mom's stress while she was admitted. You treated her as if you were in her family. You did everything you said you would do. You followed up on all her questions and concerns. I can't thank you enough for being able to travel 7 hours away from her and to know she had what she needed to be successful while at home. Thank you for the hours of hard work and devotion to my mother. Thank you for being a selfless Nurse who stated she would do something and she actually did it. You will never be forgotten by my family.
