At the beginning of Sept, my son was in going through Sepsis. It was a very scary time, but Xavier ensured we felt okay. He checked in on us and even one night helped take us to an MRI Scan. It went well into the evening and he did not once hesitate to try and change out or go home even with a colleague's offer. I asked Xavier how long he has been a nurse and was astonished to hear over 20 years. Xavier has not lost one ounce of passion for his job. You can see the dedication and heart he puts into helping others. Thank you for making our child's stay as comfortable as it can be. For being a charge nurse, you are in the thick of it.
