Lorelei was exceptional from the first day we had her. She listened and empathized with every concern. She responded to every one of our requests and did so efficiently. She was willing to make phone calls and ask questions of our team when we had a request or need. On a personal level, Lorelei connected with us and took the time to discuss our family situation, assisting us to understand the rare disease process we have been diagnosed with. She cared not only for the patient, but the caregiver as well. We love you Lorelei and we will be praying for you.
