My mother came into the ED via ambulance with a broken hip. She has late-stage dementia and as a result, very little understanding. Kyle was extremely kind and understanding. He went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable and did his best to help her understand with her limited abilities. Many are very dismissive of her because of her limited understanding but Kyle was not. He was such a breath of fresh air during this difficult time.
