Kalli had no idea I was a UPH employee. She was amazing. She took the time to listen and had copious amounts of positivity. I am a third-generation UPH Trinity employee who has worked here 26 years, and I was completely impressed! Des Moines truly has excellent FOCUS values. They are doing things right!
