On behalf of my father and myself, I commend Kris for her exemplary care and professionalism. When we needed her, she was “all hand on deck” and when we didn’t, she was available but not intrusive. I stayed with my dad around the clock since his trip to the ER seven days prior. The reason I mention this is because she not only took excellent care of dad, she took care of me too!

Dad’s mattress was horrible, causing additional pain and discomfort. She helped me fix the mattress and it immediately made Dad feel better. Anything we needed, she made it happen; more like we were guests than her patients. When we had questions about some meds, she explained them fully and made sure we were comfortable with the information. Couple all of this with her cheerful spirit and bubbly personality and it’s safe to say she made the stay much easier.

When we had her the second time, we were thrilled to see her! Thanks to Kris and people like her who have a “calling” not just a job. We appreciate her very much!
