I've been a nurse for about 11 years and never encountered a more thoughtful, caring fellow nurse like Gabby. Recently, not once, but twice, she was thoughtful and went out of her way to purchase a snack for me during a heavy shift where breaks were not an option. Not only has she done this for me but I've witnessed her doing this for other coworkers as well. She even went out of her way to check on another RN and me when we were staffed on a unit by ourselves with limited resources available. These gestures were never requested and she never asks for anything in return. Her actions are straight from her heart! She truly cares about the well-being of her fellow nurses and treats her patients just as wonderfully. I believe Gabby definitely deserves recognition for her thoughtful character and truly caring nature!!
