Arisa's daily attention, compassion, and encouragement were invaluable.
The purpose of this letter is to praise your RN Arisa for the follow-up and care she provided after I was diagnosed with COVID Pneumonia. She called me at home the day after I received monoclonal antibodies at the [ER]. She urged me to go in for another x-ray the following day, which I did. From that point on, she called me daily to check on my progress and suggest self-treatment I could do from home. I was EXTREMELY sick, and it would not be hyperbole to say that she literally saved my life and kept me from being hospitalized. I believe it was her suggestion that I drink 8 ounces of water and take several deep breaths each waking hour that helped me to keep from getting worse. It was from the time she made these suggestions that I slowly began to improve. Her daily attention, compassion, and encouragement were invaluable. I am much better today. I'm still very weak, and slowly regaining my overall strength, but definitely on the mend thanks to Arisa. I wanted to make sure you were aware of the wonderful care she provided me during this very harrowing time.
