Hannah's overall care was amazing. From the moment she walked into the room in the morning to when she left at night, she was smiling, upbeat, and always positive. She was making me laugh all day. My birthday was the next day and it looked like I was still going to be in the hospital. She asked the charge nurse if an exception could be made to the two visitors per day policy so I could have some friends with me to celebrate my birthday. I really appreciated how she took the time to make sure if I had to be in the hospital for my birthday, it wouldn't be a crappy birthday. I ended up being discharged late the night, but knowing she would have done what she could to make my birthday special was awesome.

When I first met Hannah, she saw I still had blood under my fingernails from when I was admitted five days prior. She told me we need to get it taken care of and I shouldn't have been staring at that all week. She brought me wipes and alcohol wipes so I could finally clean it up. It made me feel a lot better mentally not having to stare at my dirty nails anymore. Thank you Hannah for making me laugh all day. Your positivity is infectious in the best way possible.
