Erica treated me the least like I was a diseased infection. She followed the protocol of course, but anything I needed she did without hesitation. Erica felt like my big sister, protector, and friend. Erica took me to the restroom (she secured my own wheelchair to keep in the room). She found the cleanest restroom and took me, double-checked its cleanliness, got menstrual pads for me, waited on me, and checked on me the entire time. I felt gross but she made me feel safe and secure and comfortable. She was the first nurse I saw put the blue pads and the bedside commode for easy, effortless, clean-up. Out of all the nurses in the ER I saw her the most on a consistent basis. Erica was an ultimate lady, although she worked hard she ended her extremely long shift by giving all her female patients lavender and pink roses like we were specially invited, honorable guests.
