I had lumber surgery with screws and a plate in October. Then Coded Blue in Recovery and spent a few days in ICU. I then transferred to my recovery room where many nice people cared for me. The key to my improved recovery and my sense of personal success in doing well was Jacque.

She organized a plan to coordinate pain meds with therapies so I could have optimal success – physically and emotionally. I consider her proactive in doing whatever it takes to give her patients the greatest care. However, what makes her rise above all others is she sings joyfulness, brings an air of positive kindness that is genuine.

She lifted my spirit when I felt my spirit was gone. Her understanding of the human condition in its best and worst is one of her strengths. I so much appreciate her during my stay here. Thank you, Jacque, for your special kind of love.
