Janice has been my nurse from the beginning, and she continues to go above and beyond to care for me. She alerted me to a problem with the supplier of my medicine and with much frustration, I was able to straighten it out so I could still get my infusion which I depend on to keep going! Janice is on the ball, she has helped me before with other problems between doctors, labs, and insurance and has shown me how to navigate this jungle to get what “care” I need, to advocate for myself. I truly appreciate her dedication to caring for the patient, and “not just doing her job”. That’s hard to find these days. I feel she should receive recognition for her efforts. I am also a difficult person to get an “IV” in and Janice has a bag full of tricks to make them pop for her and if she can’t ask for help instead of stabbing me multiple times. I really appreciate that. I hope you consider my request to acknowledge Janice in the Infusion Suite for her work in your facility.
