When my mother was in the ICU Andrey was very communicative about what was happening with her care. He was able and willing to explain to us (in Layman’s terms) what was happening. He was also willing to listen to what we said and allowed us to ask questions when my mother’s EEG was taken off. He helped me with shampooing her hair and obtained a comb for me so I could cover the surgery scar that she always felt embarrassed about. He definitely helped my father and me through one of the most difficult times of our lives. Thank you, Andrey!
