I had to come to the Emergency Room due to a open fracture. Jamie did everything she could to keep my pain under as much control as possible. She had such compassion for helping me and my family to understand what would be the next step in getting transferred to a hospital that would be able to provide the surgery I would need for my fracture. She kept her composure through everything that was going on with me when I found out it was an open fracture. I know I would have panicked but Jamie reassured me that everything would be taken care of and be ok. She was very nice and sincere with my husband when he came in to find out what happened to me. Jamie showed me that there are still nurses out there that LOVE their jobs.
