We had a 90-something-year-old in the Covid unit. She was ready to die and put herself on comfort care. No family was able to come to see her. Hayley went into the room, sat with our patient at 30% oxygen, and stayed with her until she took her last breath so she wouldn't be alone. The patient knew she was there.
