I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole as her hiring manager for over five years. During that time, Nicole grew to become one of the most trusted nurses in our office by all providers and staff. I routinely received glowing compliments from patients as well. She was always calm, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She never made patients feel "stupid" or unimportant. She was thorough and kind in every interaction. She was our lead triage nurse. She welcomed new employees and made them feel at ease while training them. Again, she was kind and patient and they felt safe to ask any questions.

In fact, it was one of the last hires that asked me to fill out the application to nominate Nicole. At IU Health our values are: Excellence, Purpose, Compassion, and Team.
