I arrived in Labor and Delivery to have my son.  I was greeted by several nurses.  One of them was Angela.  Angela was so kind to me and provided me with such exceptional care that I know in my heart I will never forget her.  I have specific memories from that day that I haven't forgotten and know it's because of how kind and compassionate she was.  Angela comforted me through my contractions and made me feel like I was capable of getting through them.  She didn't belittle me for wanting medication and explained to me what each medication was, how it worked, and how long it would last.  She told me who my anesthesiologist was going to be, what he was going to do, and what I would need to do when he arrived.  She made me and my husband feel like we had known her for a long time like we were family.  She made me feel like I could trust BSA and that my baby was going to be in good hands once he arrived. 

She took her time with me and never made me feel like an inconvenience.  We deeply appreciate the care she provided for us while we were there.  She stayed beyond her shift, and my husband and I feel like she went above and beyond for us.  She made my entire delivery so calm and made me feel so comfortable.  I will never forget how kind she was and how much she cared for me while I was there.
