My mom had open-heart surgery in August. Johnathan was still in orientation but you would never have known it with how he was with my mom. He along with another nurse were 2 of the very best nurses I have ever encountered (and I work in a hospital out of state). They were understanding with us as a family and gave my mom the best care. Johnathan was always communicating what he was doing with her, encouraged her when she needed it, and cared for her like she was his own mother. As family, you are so nervous to leave your loved one alone after something as serious as open-heart surgery but my family didn't hesitate knowing that she was in the very best care we could ask for. St. A's is lucky to have Johnathan on staff!
