Molly was very quick to answer all my questions and my daughter's questions regarding the next steps in my care. She took her time to draw my blood and made me feel very comfortable during the process. I told her in the past the nurse was unable to find a good vein, but she checked both my arms carefully before even trying. When she performed my EKG, she told me exactly what she was doing and was patient with me. I have no use of my right arm and takes me time to take off my shirt, she helped me with the process. Molly made my overall visit go great, she provided all the information I need to make an appointment with the cardiologist, and she followed up with me regarding my lab results. Plus, she didn't have any issues speaking to my daughter about my condition; with my permission, of course. I called her from my cell phone and Molly spoke to her. She went above and beyond for me.
