I have been coming to the Allentown Veteran's Administration for at least 10 years, and I have always known Joan to exhibit all of the ICARE principles. If I can only choose one principle, I would have to settle on Respect. Joan Smith regards everyone she encounters with a smile and a few words of interest. She truly accepts everyone just as they are now and not what she expects them to be. Right along with respect, Joan is trustworthy.
