Laura exceeded our expectations of what it means to be a good health care provider. Of course she fulfilled her duties, but in such a way that made us feel comfortable and safe. She not only listened but also heard us! She never let on that we were a “burden” or “yet another patient” like I have experienced in the past. Not only has she restored my faith in nurses, but also in humanity itself. It is beyond comforting to know that genuinely good and kind people do exist. With her prompt responses, gentle care and friendly demeanor, she has made me feel so at ease during these hard times. She related to us, talked to us. Her mission is truly to help, at any time, no matter what the request. She never once forgot about our needs or questions. We may not be royalty, in fact quite the opposite, but she made both myself and my daughter feel like a queen!
