Right before Christmas, my grandpa was a patient here for COPD flare-up. Unfortunately, I had COVID during his hospitalization and was unable to be there for him and help advocate his care. Cyndi went above and beyond taking care of my grandpa. She even stopped at my grandparents' house to check in on my grandma who was home alone and worried about my grandpa. She took so much stress and worry off of my family since we were all COVID positive and could not physically be there and help my grandparents. She dropped meals off for my grandma and brought my grandpa fresh clothes for him to wear when he was discharged home. I have worked with Cyndi for years and always knew she was an amazing nurse but it is always different when it’s your loved one as the patient. I just want Cyndi to know her kind and thoughtful actions meant the world to my grandpa and our family. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did and how much it helped all of us. Cyndi you make a difference, don’t forget that.
