Magen was exceptional from the moment she took over the care of my very anxious 5-year-old. She took the time to explain everything she was going to do, let me and my daughter ask any questions we had, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable with everything that was going on. She made sure we had some quiet time in the ICU after a really long, stressful night in the ER for my daughter so that we could rest. When we got moved to telemetry, she came with us and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She helped me surprise my daughter by keeping the secret that her dad was coming home early from his trip to see her in the hospital. My daughter really loved having Magen as a nurse. She was sure to make some art to leave for Magen because she took such great care of us. Thank you Magen!
