Susanne exemplifies all the qualities of a DAISY Nurse. Her passion for nursing shows in the care she provides to each patient. She shares her knowledge in a non-threatening manner. Her empathy is unparalleled; in letting a patient share their story, being present, or by holding their hand and sharing a prayer with them. Susanne has worked in multiple departments over the last two years. She worked full time in the Surgery Department as well as consistently picking up shifts in CCU, Med Surg Covid unit, administering numerous Covid 19 Monoclonal Antibody treatments, and covering Holiday shifts to fill the needs of the nursing departments. By supporting each of these units, she has earned the appreciation and admiration of all Nursing. She is kind, selfless, and reliable to a fault.
