Ashley gives so much and is always willing to come in extra to help her nurses with staffing. She is an amazing manager! She is extremely accommodating and treats you like a person instead of a number. If you have a problem she will ALWAYS find a way to help you through it. There have been many times lately that she's had to take an assignment, and she's still able to keep a positive attitude despite being overworked. She is kind and compassionate when it comes to taking care of her patients and her staff. Our unit was suffering from some morale issues, and other problems, through no fault of our previous management team. Ashley came in and almost immediately turned our mood around. Though we still have some issues regarding staffing, morale has improved. She is willing to roll up her sleeves and pitch in. She comes in and works nights and weekends when we are super short. She keeps us updated on what's happening in the hospital and stays on track with our personal goals. I was at a point where I was looking to transfer but working with Ashley made me reconsider. She represents AHN and our core beliefs and demonstrates them in her daily practices.
