Debbi Groves is committed to student success and has demonstrated her passion for teaching in many ways. Her devotion and attention to detail provide the underlying foundation for educating future generations of nurses.  Debbi is organized, flexible, and always available to help with any situation. She responds quickly and has often made last-minute changes to reflect changing needs to prepare for clinical. She has always been so kind and approachable and quick to accommodate students with very short notice which shows that she truly encompasses the value of Cox College being “student first”.  She has been a pleasant person to work with and contributes to the continued success of students and nursing education.  She is always helpful, positive, and willing to do whatever is needed to meet the students' needs. Debbi spends countless hours making sure the needs of all at the college (faculty and students) are met. She has been a wonderful professional nurse role model for students and faculty alike.  Her heart and life reflect love, commitment, dedication, advocacy, and giving her best.
