My mom was here for a complicated hysterectomy. After surgery, my mom had a horrible reaction to a med. Sylvia went above and beyond to not only help my mom through the transition but also to help me. I am my mom’s caregiver at home and this surgery was very concerning going into it as it was. Post-surgery we had more complications arise. Sylvia stayed with me and helped me by communicating with me why she was reacting the way she was. She kept me up to date with all of her vitals. The extra time she spent helping my mom (and me) to understand what was going on was beyond appreciated.
