Lindsey is a strong advocate for all of her patients and we are grateful to have her on our team.
Lindsey has been an integral part of the Limb team within the Orthopedic Clinic for the last two years. She consistently demonstrates dedication to her work and is one of the most outstanding in the profession. She provides holistic care to our unique patient population, which includes daily phone calls, messages, nurse visits, care management, documentation, protocol adjustments, and so much more. Her organization, energy, and focus on not only completing tasks but to positively impact patient care outcomes is unmatched.
Lindsey does not give up on non-compliant patients; she pushes harder, cares about them more, and gives them every opportunity to succeed. Patients often do not even realize all that Lindsey does behind the scenes to coordinate services. She often worries more about patients than they worry about themselves. She is a true testament of selflessness and is the most caring nurse.
Lindsey is also a dedicated team member who provides exceptional support to the providers and peers, she often stays late or jumps in to help on her day off if there is a patient or situation that needs her attention. She is kind, clear, and resourceful. Everyone that works with Lindsey can attest that she is invaluable to the success of the care that we provide and is a blessing to the team. She has been instrumental to the ongoing success and growth of the Limb Restoration Program which is often recognized as the top teams in the nation for these services. It takes an immense amount of pre-coordination and investigation with involved providers, departments, and schedules to establish a plan of care that is most efficient and convenient for the patients. Lindsey is a strong advocate for all of her patients and we are grateful to have her on our team.
