Mom has been in and out of the hospital for the past few months. During this stay, mom had several issues going on and we all had some tough decisions to make. Mom decided after 85 years of life, she was tired and just wanted to stop all treatment and let God's will be done. Jen was there to make sure mom was comfortable and had whatever she needed. Jen rubbed lotion on mom's feet, she coordinated a courtesy cart for the family with coffee and snacks. When mom took her dentures out and lost them in her bedding, Jen went and found them in the laundry room. While all the nurses were kind and capable mom and my 2 sisters all felt Jen went above and beyond. Also, every time mom soiled herself and was embarrassed and apologetic, Jen assured her it was ok even if she had just cleaned her up. She is the best.
