My mom was in bed after falling at home. She stayed in the ER all night and arrived on the floor at the beginning of the day shift. Jamie was very tentative and explained EVERYTHING that was happening. Like what medication she was getting. Mom choked on one medication and she stayed with her to calm and reassure her. Jamie came in every hour to make sure she was doing well, and she tracked down a cane that was lost. She would joke with my mom to put her at ease! That meant the world to my mom. My mother says I know she is busy but when she comes in here it's like I'm her only patient. She is very professional. I'll request her if God forbid, I ever returned.
