The last couple of years were extraordinary for everybody. The pandemic created amazing opportunities for us to see what we could do in the face of adversity and no one was called upon to serve more than Theresa. Her goal was to provide the highest quality of care for patients and families during the unprecedented pressure that was placed on our organization.

What is clear for all to see is Theresa’s true love for the Valley team. She worked endless hours, felt the pain alongside us, and did whatever was needed to ensure patients and families were cared for. Theresa leads with courage and strength as well as kindness and compassion. She is very deserving of recognition.
