My nurse Alaa Hayak is so amazing. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She was the best nurse I have had in a very long time. She treated me with such care and consideration. She is truly an angel sent. Your hospital made the right decision to have her on your team. She spoke in such a calming tone as well as helped me to stay calm. She helped me use the restroom. She was always there when I needed her. She advocated for me in everything. It is due to her excellent care, that I felt comfortable and safe.
