I truly believe that God gives all of us gifts that we are born to do. Shelby, you have been so blessed to have a job that you are born to do. You have a way with your patients that make them feel safe and cared for; like they're family. You are so on top of your patient's needs and have a way of knowing how to provide the best care with being very proactive, which helped keep my pain at or below level 4 every time you were my nurse.
