She made me, the mother of the patient, feel at ease even though my son is not in the ICU.
The patient's crisis was a shock and frightening to relatives even though we were transferred from the ICU to the normal ward. There are still ongoing crises. This nurse is considered a conscientious nurse in times of crisis. She has knowledge of ventilators, including the procedure for treating patients that is no less than a nurse in an ICU room. She made me, the mother of the patient, feel at ease even though my son was not in the ICU.
Additionally, nurses teach different practices and techniques, so useful for me when the time came to take the patient home. Things like how to feed, and how to suction safely. She taught me to know what was needed day by day, in addition to what I would ask the doctor for following up on symptoms and methods. This nurse is still always giving advice. Thank you for everything that kept my son safe.
