Wendy has given me wonderful and caring advice many times. She looks after my health and cares about me. There have been times when she has had to convince me to get treatment because I am sick. I am a stubborn person, but she always helps me understand why I need help. Wendy is always here. She works over and will pick up shifts to make sure we are taken care of. Wendy goes above and beyond for her residents and to help staff. When the aides are working short, no matter her situation, she will help on the floor and do what is needed. She listens to the needs and wants of the residents, and does her absolute best to accommodate them.

Wendy takes every bit of concern and advice into consideration to better the Schultz Unit. Wendy is very outgoing, and a team player. If there is a resident sick, she gives the highest point of care, even if it means contacting the doctors herself. I appreciate her compassion and love for the residents. Wendy is always considerate and gives good care to the residents. Wendy's approach to her work shows her positive attitude. Day in and day out, the compassion and kindness Wendy provides to her residents is immeasurable. She strives to be a good person and succeeds at it.

Wendy gets to know residents individually, as well as their families. She dedicates as much time as needed to making them feel comfortable, educating them, and answering questions. She sits with residents to comfort them, sings and dances with them, and advocates tirelessly for them. She can be found walking the halls with a dementia resident, cutting a resident's hair and fingernails, and any other thing a resident needs.
