When I first met Yoshiaki it was a few days after being transferred from the Memorial City hospital location to Katy. She was so accommodating and went far beyond what I expected a nurse to do in caring for patients. She worked with my doctor and me to establish the correct insulin level for optimum healing. She made me feel that I was an important part of the team involved in my care. She always asked if there was anything she could get me or help me or help my wife with regarding my care. Yoshiaki goes out of her way to help patients and family members. She is always upbeat and when I see her, she makes me feel better. She always has a smile and a kind word for patients. She was very helpful to my wife helping her to find where coffee, tea, and hot water were located and especially getting me small cartons of whole milk. Not enough space to describe all her positive characteristics.
